Inspired by the rolling hills of Orange, “Rolling” wines are sourced from the above-600m elevations of a single estate grown vineyard where cool temperatures coupled with bright sunlight produce fruit of incredible colour and vibrant flavours. The label iconography sees our heroine Beatrice and her faithful dog Cirro exploring the rolling hills of the single estate vineyard throughout the distinct cool climate seasons.
VARIETIES:
Bright, crisp aromas of green apple and ripe pear. The palate is softly textured with balanced phenolics and fruit weight. Crisp acidity gives the wine a nice length.
Notes of ripe stone fruit and citrus. The palate is medium-bodied with bright fruit and cream as well as subtle oak and citrus acidity.
2019 Rolling Sauvignon Blanc Semillon (Central Ranges)
Lifted and aromatic with notes of citrus and passionfruit. Light-bodied and elegant with tropical fruit notes and crisp acidity to ensure the palate remains tight and fresh.
Lifted ripe plum and blackberry fruit aromas. The palate is generous and fruit driven with dark chocolate notes derived from oak aging.
2018 Rolling Cabernet Merlot (Central Ranges)
Rich red berry notes, including ripe plums and cherries, as well as slightly toasted oak. Medium-bodied with rich fruit, finishing with oak-derived chocolate and vanillin flavours.
